The Ministry of National Housing and Social Amenities wishes to advise all beneficiaries of the Crownlands Housing Project that it has approved implementation of the User Pay Principle for mobilisation of funds to complete servicing of the project. The approved financing model entails beneficiaries contributing to the servicing of their stands based on the sizes of the stands allocated.

In that context, all beneficiaries are advised to visit Ministry offices at No. 7 Robert Mugabe Way, Local Government Complex, Chinhoyi, to get information on the amounts they have already paid as well as on outstanding contributions due from them. Beneficiaries will also be advised of payment modalities and procedures at our offices.

Please take note that once beneficiaries have reached their individual set threshold, allocation of stands they were offered will be confirmed through signing of confirmation of offer forms. That will then lead to subsequent processes, culminating in the development of their stands upon approval by the Ministry working with council.

Given delays in the completion of the project, all beneficiaries are expected to ensure they meet their individual set payments thresholds within 12 months from the date of this notice.
